Our Mission and Vision

    The Southern Nevada SHRM Chapter’s mission is to lift the Human Resource professional and their practices to be recognized as and remain strategic business partners within their organizations and communities as a result of their knowledge, experience and advice. The Chapter is committed to providing opportunities for professional growth through professional development programming, peer-to-peer networking and community service.

        • Being recognized as the knowledgeable voice of our profession and responding to Human Resource issues for businesses and employees, by staying abreast of local, state and national legislation, HR techniques, theories and technology.
