Tony Golden is one of the founding partners of the Garg Golden Law Firm. Tony is a trusted adviser to private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. He assists clients in preventative measures by providing training on best practices in hiring, discipline, and discharge, investigating harassment and discrimination claims, and crafting effective workplace policies.

Attorney Brett Sutton is a senior attorney and partner of the Sutton Hague Law Corporation. With over 27 years of experience, Mr. Sutton counsels clients on labor and employment law matters and aggressively represents clients in litigation of employment law and business-related cases before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies. He is admitted to practice law in both Nevada and California.
In 2016 Brett was inducted as a Fellow in the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He has drafted legislation and lobbied before the Nevada Legislature including providing testimony regarding pending legislation. He is a member of the Nevada Restaurant Association Board of Directors and in 2014 received an award from that industry group for his legal advocacy on behalf of the Nevada restaurant industry.
He is a Contributor and Editorial Reviewer of the leading legal treatise entitled, “California Practice Guide: Employment Litigation (The Rutter Group).” Brett has trained thousands of individuals in a wide variety of employment law matters and is a frequent speaker to industry and professional groups. For many years, Brett has conducted monthly webinars that address labor and employment law topics for California and Nevada employers, which have included guest speakers from EEOC, DOL, NLRB, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Labor Commissioners of California and Nevada.
