    About the Presentation: Do you need help preparing your organization for a future with artificial intelligence? In this session, we will discuss the ways that employers are integrating AI into their businesses and some risks Human Resources leaders must be aware of. Whether you’re brand new to the world of AI, an AI ninja, or somewhere in between, this session will help you support your Company in navigating human “speedbumps” and help the team overcome the FOBO (fear of becoming obsolete).

    Understanding AI and its impact on employees, employers, and HR is the focus of this session.     About the Presenter: Anne Hanson has over 25 years of professional human resources experience in a variety of industries - hospitality and gaming, retail, events & expositions, transportation, and logistics. She has held Executive Director and Vice President level positions with prestigious organizations including Hilton Hotels, Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts and GES.

    In addition to her professional experience, Anne earned a Juris Doctor from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV with Highest pro Bono Honors and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honors, from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

    Anne is now an Attorney with Fisher & Phillips, LLP where she focuses on supporting employers in complex labor and employment matters.

    Anne has been active in the community throughout her career. In addition to serving on the ARC Board of Opportunity Village and the UNLV Harrah Hotel College Advisory Board, Anne was a volunteer mediator at the Neighborhood Justice Center for many years. She also served the community as a foreclosure mediator during the recent housing crisis.
