Understanding the healthcare and employee treatment options is a fundamental aspect of HR leadership.  This session will lay the foundation of the pharmacy and drug market and options and give tools to the HR professional to strategize programs to meet the needs of the employee and the needs and resource availability of the organization.  This session also touches on the drug disruptors and their impact on HR practices.

About the Presenter: Sharee Bowsher is a thought leader in the pharmacy and healthcare industry, Director of Client Engagement at Remedy Analytics, and Certified Self-Funding Specialist as designated through the Health Care Administrators Association. A former Board Member of the Wisconsin Association of Healthcare Underwriters, she has collaborated with plan sponsors to develop meaningful plans around pharmaceutical spending decision-making.  Sharee began her career at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy over twenty years ago and has since contributed to the Sales and Account Team strategy during her time at Walgreens Health Services and Serve You Rx.  Currently, Sharee is Director of Client Engagement at Remedy Analytics where she ardently aids customers in utilizing Remedy’s data intelligence and clinical insight to help reduce their drug spend and improve the management of their members’ health.
