Synopsis of this Presentation:
Current events demonstrate that Active Shooters are in workplace are more and more frequently Data from the FBI and Secret Service indicates that shooters often provide many warning signs and direct threats in advance. The importance of organizations’ understanding these advance warning signs and to preparing for the possibility that an attack will occur at their facility cannot be overstated. Officer Chamberlain will explain what the HR Professional needs to train their employees to do in the event that there is an active shooter in their workplace, in compliance with OSHA and Department of Homeland Security Department guidelines.
