Leveraging Social Media to Enhance Recruiting Efforts
To tweet, or not to tweet? Is that the question? Or is LinkedIn or Facebook the answer? Or, is it Instagram? Or is it something else? And, who’s going to do it? Who’s going to stay on top of it and keep it fresh? And, what should be there? How do you reach those purple squirrels and sparkly rainbow butterfly unicorn kittens you are after? What has worked for you? What has been a complete waste of time (that we should avoid)? These questions will be the focus of our discussion at our next Talent Acquisition special interest group.
