You, Others and The Next Level: How to Achieve, Experience, and Overcome
Through research, application, and material from his highly-rated book, Being Wise, Kevin gives a captivating presentation. He combines humor and illustrations with business insight and analysis. He will show how we can better engage employees so they are productive to their organization, which also increases revenue for the organization. Kevin will also show how to gain effective communication so we can increase our influence in getting employees to want to take initiative and support teamwork. Results show a probability of lower turnover resulting in low hiring/training cost, higher morale, and effective team who works well together, high productivity (the right amount of time spent on the right tasks), and deadlines are met.
