With Speaker Rebecca Weaver
Bio:
Rebecca Weaver is a fifteen year veteran of business, specializing in human resources, leading and shaping both large and small organizations, including multiple roles with Target Corporation and The Home Depot. She is a celebrated speaker, including for TEDx and on behalf of multiple companies and nonprofits. Rebecca is currently the Head of People Operations for the Downtown Project, an organization founded by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh that is focused on the revitalization of downtown Las Vegas. Rebecca is also a champion for girls’ education and is the Chair of the Board of Directors for Starfish, a nonprofit organization that provides educational opportunities to girls in rural Guatemala. She received her Bachelors degree in Communication from Linfield College and her Masters’ degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University.
