Our company has changed names throughout the years as we expand on ventures and ways that we can further enhance our community. When the company made the biggest shift in 2022, I was the only employee within the HR department that was asked to stay on. Additionally, I was asked to expand my role into Benefits where I have continued to learn. My knowledge and experience in the profession has motivated me to give back and assist others in this area. I have been assisting the local SHRM chapter for over 7 years. Last year, I served as Certification Chair and am happy to serve as Treasurer since January of 2024. Our profession has an impact that is overarching, and I am grateful to be afforded these opportunities.
